Cast announcement of TV Tokyo drama SP "Kyoaku wa nemurasenai Tokusou Kenji no gyakushuu"

The cast lineup for TV Tokyo drama SP "Kyoaku wa nemurasenai Tokusou Kenji no gyakushuu" starring Tamaki Hiroshi was announced. Aibu Saki plays the role of Hattanda Haruka, who is a researcher at JAXA and had always dreamed of being one since she was a child. While trying to pursue her dream of developing a rocket made in Japan, she is faced with the hurdle of reality and has to press on despite the challenges. Aibu commented that she was initially worried whether she could portray the innocent side of Haruka in the drama SP but gradually came to understand Haruka's character and feel her appeal. Okuda Eiji plays the role of Hase Kiichi who selects Tamaki's character to work in the special investigation department and work together to fight against a big-name politician Tachibana Yohei.

Co-stars also include Kusabue Mitsuko, Katsumura Masanobu, Suzuki Kosuke, Hagiwara Masato, Hada Michiko, Nishimura Masahiko, Tamura Ryo, Azuma Mikihisa and Tanaka Ken.
