This time, the drama will be set at Totei University Hospital where her biggest enemy will be Hiruma Shigekatsu who is played by Nishida Toshiyuki. Co-stars include Namase Katsuhisa who plays Kikawada Takayuki, Yoshida Kotaro who plays Saionji Takeshi, Takito Kenichi who plays Kitano Toru and Kusakari Tamiyo who is appearing in the series for the first time and plays Minami Ikuko. Last but not least, familiar faces from the previous series will participate in this latest sequel such as Uchida Yuki, Kishibe Ittoku and Katsumura Masanobu.
Yonekura commented that there are many strong actors with unique styles this time so during the script-reading session, she thought that even if she is not around, they would be able to make the drama a success anyway. In addition, she thinks that the story will be interesting due to the tactical battles among the characters and is looking forward to the start of the filming.
