The original story features Kitahara as the lead character Fujii Akari, a junior high school teacher who gets kidnapped on her 24th birthday by two men who call themselves Kashiwabara (Pierre Taki and Lily Franky). Being staunch fans of the legendary most cute murderer in history Sunny who was a young girl, the two men confine Akari to a house and call her Sunny as they torture her in various ways.
Kitahara said that she was very excited and looking forward to the filming with the director and co-stars. Shiraishi remarked that Kitahara had to do many tough scenes such as wearing thin clothes and walking barefooted on the snow but she did it all by herself without stand-ins. Lily remarked that although she cried a few times after the filming of such scenes, Kitahara's toughness made it possible for her to stand here today while Pierre said that she was like Tom Cruise and lucky enough to have survived the "ordeal". There was one scene when Kitahara had her face licked by Pierre and beaten up by him and his blows accidentally hit her for real. However, she still pressed on as the lead of this movie which earned her the respect and praise of her co-stars.
At the end of the event, Kitahara cited the unexpected developments of the movie as the selling point and that everyone will have their own interpretations at the end of watching it. Lily then suggested to Kitahara that she should wear her sexy dress which was bareback the other way round if the movie becomes a hit which she agreed to with the condition that it has to be a big hit before she will do that.
