Oomori Nao, Suzuki Kosuke and Kiritani Kenta will be triple leads in the new movie "Vigilante" directed by Irie Yu which will be shown in cinemas from December this year. The movie is set in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture which is Irie's hometown and is an original script written by him. The three actors will play brothers where the eldest Ichiro (Oomori) disappeared since senior high while Jiro (Suzuki) owns a printing company and is the chief of the local vigilance committee and Saburo manages a prostitution business. Due to the death of their father who they detested, the trio reunite thus setting off a chain of events which will turn their lives upside down.
Oomori commented that the brothers' lives were full of sadness in this original story set in Irie's hometown and urged viewers to watch the movie which he revealed was rather violent. As for Suzuki, the truth in fiction is probably the most realistic and this movie's feeling of hopelessness is bound to be something which everyone can relate to. As for Kiritani, he commented that the story has unexpected developments and that the movie was produced by such a strong group of staff and cast members so everyone should watch this.
Filming was done from January this year and wrapped up recently.
