The supporting cast lineup of new TV Tokyo Spring 2017 drama "Hyakumanen no Onnatachi" has been announced. The drama which begins its run from 13 April in the Thursdays 1am timeslot, is based on the same-titled manga by Aono Shunjuu and features Noda Yojiro from RADWIMPS as the lead character Michima Shin, a struggling writer who suddenly finds himself living with 5 mysterious women under the same roof. The women pay him a huge amount of rent totaling one million yen every month but their motive for getting close to him and their true identities will only be known as the story progresses. At the same time, Shin also finds his life changed in a drastic way through living with these women.
Lily Frankie will be playing Shin's father Tatsuyuki who is on death row while Nakamura Tomoya will be playing popular writer Hanaki Yuzu. Shin's editor Sakurai Seiji will be played by Yamanaka Takashi and Ikeda Tetsuhiro will play Moriguchi Ryuichi, a critic who dislikes Shin. Other co-stars include Endo Yuya, Yoshimura Kaito, Hoshi Moeka, Ihata Juri, Tsutsui Mariko and Furutachi Kanji.
