First-day-screening event of new movie "P to JK"

The first-day-screening event of new movie "P to JK" was held at Shinjuku Picadilly on 25 March which was attended by the director Hiroki Ryuichi and cast members KAT-TUN's Kamenashi Kazuya, Tsuchiya Tao, Takasugi Mahiro and Tamashiro Tina. The movie based on the same-titled manga by Miyoshi Maki features Kamenashi as a 26-year-old police officer Kota while Tsuchiya plays a 16-year-old senior high school student Kako who meet at a go-kon i.e. group date when she impersonates an university student. They hit it off quickly but Kota decides to distance himself from Kako once he finds out about her true age. However, when Kako gets injured while trying to protect him, Kota is touched by her feelings for him and immediately proposes to her. This is met with strong objection by Kako's father who only relents on the condition that they have to keep the marriage a secret until she graduates from high school.

With regard to working with Kamenashi for the first time, Tsuchiya commented that she had assumed that he would be a cool guy but she was surprised to see him being very energetic and interesting just like how she felt when she met former professional tennis player Matsuoka Shuzo who is known for being a passionate guy. Even during their PR runs, Tsuchiya revealed that Kamenashi would always show concern and encouragement for the people around him and even "scold" her in a gentle way. Takasugi chipped in by saying that there was a scene which he kept messing up because he was too nervous but Kamenashi tried to put him at ease by assuring him that it was OK. In response to this, Kamenashi said that he didn't feel that he was being that passionate towards them though. On the other hand, Kamenashi said that Tsuchiya struck him as someone very unique, charismatic and innocent who everyone would feel good after meeting her.
