The supporting cast lineup for FujiTV Winter 2017 drama "Totsuzen desuga, Ashita kekkon shimasu" starring Nishiuchi Mariya has been announced. The drama will begin its run from 23 January in the Mondays 9pm timeslot. Sawamura Ikki will be making his return to this timeslot for the first time in 6 years since his last appearance in the 2010 drama "Natsu no koi wa nijiiro ni kagayaku" while Yamazaki Ikusaburo will be appearing in his first FujiTV drama this time.
Nishiuchi plays the lead character Takanashi Asuka who aspires to become a housewife after getting married but meets a man Nanami Ryu (flumpool's Yamamura Ryuta) who doesn't want to get married. Sawamura plays the role of Nanami's boss at the TV station's announcers department who thinks highly of the latter while Yamazaki will play an elite sales personnel from an international bank who woos Asuka and is fully aware of her aspiration. Sugimoto Tetta will play the assistant programme director who will do anything for ratings while Yamaga Kotoko and Lead's Kagimoto Akira will play fellow announcers who work with Nanami. Kato Ryo will play Nanami's make-up artist, Nakamura An will be Asuka's senior at work who is very focused on improving herself and doesn't have time for love and marriage and Kishii Yukino will be Asuka's senior and buddy. Morita Kanro also plays Asuka's senior who wants to get married while Asuka's parents and younger brother are played by Furutachi Kanji, Ishino Mako and Hayama Shono.
