Newcomer Izumo Sakino will be singing the theme song for NTV's Summer 2016 drama "Isan Sozoku Bengoshi Kakizaki Shinichi" which will begin its run from 7 July in the Thursdays 11.59pm timeslot. This will be her first drama theme song and she wrote the song titled "Sekai no Shikake" specially for the drama.Izumo made her debut with the single "Touryuu Onna" in April this year and the music video for it was played more than 100,000 times. She commented that she is extremely honoured to be offered the chance to sing the drama's theme song and was inspired to write it as soon as she finished reading the script.
