The supporting cast lineup for the new movie "Museum" starring Oguri Shun which will be shown this autumn was announced on 10 March. The film is a thriller based on the same-titled manga describing the battle between a serial killer and a police officer Sawamura (Oguri). Ono Machiko will play Sawamura's wife Haruka which is the first time in 11 years since Oguri and Ono last worked together in the 2005 FujiTV drama "Kyumei Byouto 24 Ji 3". At that time, Oguri played a medical university student while Ono played a nurse.
Nomura Shuhei plays a newbie police detective Nishino who is a colleague of Sawamura and commented that it had been a great learning experience to work with Oguri for the first time. Omori Nao will play Sawamura's father while Ibu Masato plays Sawamura's superior at work who is a senior superintendent. As for Maruyama Tomomi, he also plays a police officer while Tabata Tomoko plays Haruka's best friend and Ichikawa Mikako plays a woman who provides important information to the police for their investigation.
Filming for the movie was wrapped up at the end of last year.
