Himuro Kyosuke who celebrates his 25th anniversary as a singer, will be in-charge of the theme song for upcoming movie "Wara no Tate" which begins its run in cinemas from 26 April. The movie directed by Miike Takashi and starring Osawa Takao and Matsushima Nanako, will mark the first time in 9 years since Himuro sang a theme song for a movie. The song "NORTH OF EDEN" describes the complicated emotions of SP officers in the movie who have to escort a murderer from Fukuoka to Tokyo as part of their work despite their anger against him for killing a young girl. After Miike wrote a letter to Himuro to ask him to do the theme song, the latter wrote the lyrics after reading the script and recorded the song last November in Los Angeles.
