Filming for the movie "Oshin" was completed on 3 April in Yamagata Prefecture. The movie will be shown in October at 200 cinemas nationwide. Ueto Aya who plays the mother of Oshin in the movie, commented that she felt that Hamada Kokone did a very good job playing Oshin and hugged the child actor after the last scene was completed.
