Koike Teppei denied that he is dating Serina through his blog on 7 June after reports of her spending the night at his apartment surfaced in various publications. Koike mentioned in his blog entry that the report was entirely based on fabricated facts and expressed his anger by saying that this is an infringement of human rights. According to Koike, he stated that he had invited several of his friends to his home for a meal and Serina was not the only one. He also apologised for causing worry to his supporters as a result of this false report.
