Akanishi Jin and Kuroki Meisa reported to be getting married soon?

Former KAT-TUN member Akanishi Jin and actress Kuroki Meisa are reported to be getting married soon and that Kuroki is already 2 months' pregnant. The two of them were said to have informed their respective agencies of their intention to get married. The couple were first reported to have gone on a date to Tokyo Disneysea on 22 Jan but denied being romantically linked when the report was published.

This has got to be the shocker so far this year. Didn't they just deny being an item weeks ago? Now, it's not just confirmation that they were not telling the truth but that the relationship has gone one step further to a dekichatta-kon? Well, various sources are saying the same thing but there's no formal announcement yet from both parties. We'll wait and see how things go but to be frank, my first thought was, "not another dekichatta-kon!". If it turns out that these two are going to be married after all, I really hope that things would work out for them. There have been too many examples of dekichatta-kon failing because the couples got married for the sake of baby and were not really prepared to make the commitment after all. Whether they can buck the trend is still too early to tell.
