Smart FLASH conducted a survey on more than 3,600 men nationwide where they chose the No.1 actress representing their hometown prefectures. The infographics provide the top 2 for most prefectures but for those with more candidates / a larger population, they would go down all the way to the top 5 and beyond. Note that the sample size is relatively small and there are some prefectures where No.1 and No.2 are only separated by a single vote so don't be disappointed if your favourites are not named here. Besides, the poll is meant to choose the actress who the respondents felt best represents their hometowns so it's not so much to do with acting abilities or popularity.
