Matsuura Aya and w-inds member Tachibana Keita welcomed the arrival of their first daughter as announced through a joint statement released by their agencies on Christmas Eve. The couple who got married in August last year after a 12-year courtship, announced the pregnancy in September this year but did not reveal the birth date of their daughter nor her weight at birth for privacy reasons. In the joint statement, they expressed their joy about the arrival of their bundle of joy despite having to struggle with the busy days of parenthood.
