Kahara Tomomi to take a one-month break from work due to acute stress disorder

Kahara Tomomi will be taking a one-month break from work due to acute stress disorder as announced by her agency on 5 November. In the statement sent to the media, Kahara had been complaining of a fever and fatigue recently and went to see a doctor who diagnosed her to be suffering from acute stress disorder and advised her to rest for one month. As such, she is aiming for a return to work in December.

Kahara was absent from the event "2016 LIVE FOR LIFE Ongakusai" on 3 November and had been expected to appear at the bayfm event "Beatles kara hajimaru" taking place on 30 November which has been cancelled prior to her announcement. On her last update via Instagram on 30 October, she revealed that she wanted to go horseriding but was unwell and had to be on the drip.
