Tamaki Hiroshi and Ishihara Satomi are the double leads for the new movie "Bakumatsu Koukousei" which is due to be shown in cinemas from next summer and is a remake of FujiTV's drama back in 1994. Tamaki plays the role of Katsu Kaishu while Ishihara plays a high school teacher who goes back to the Bakumatsu era accidentally. This will be the first leading roles in a period movie for the both of them. Filming was mainly done in Kyoto and wrapped up in early June.
