I think the definition of young in this case has more to do with their ages. Otherwise, why would Kamiki Ryuunosuke fit into this category when he was already a child actor years ago? As for Toma, although he's been in showbiz for a long time, it's only in recent years when he started getting actively involved in dramas so he's been getting a lot of attention of late. And he isn't that old either so it's fine for him to appear in this ranking, I guess.
I am not surprised that Miura ranks first. But Toma, young actor? Seriously, I think he's a professional now
