I'm eagerly watching this drama. I haven't seen the comic, so it is a very new & fresh story to me. It has also awakened a desire to learn more about Japanese history, in order to understand how Jin's time slip experience might be altering historical events.
ReplyDeleteJin's narrative voice is used frequently as he speaks to his fiancee within his heart while in Edo. He refers to her as Miki (although her true name might be Mirai, I don't know). It's possible to read the kanji 未来 as both Mirai and Miki, for a woman's name, right?
I will continue to look forward to this drama. Takao Ohsawa is a great actor!!
