Completion screening event of new movie "Kimi to 100 kaime no koi"

The completion screening event of new movie "Kimi to 100 kaime no koi" was held at Yomiuri Hall on 12 December which was attended by the director Tsukikawa Sho and cast members miwa, Sakaguchi Kentaro, Ryuusei Ryo, Mano Erina and Izumisawa Yuki. The movie which is due to be shown in cinemas from 4 February next year, is an original story by Oshima Satomi which features Sakaguchi in the role of Riku who goes through a time leap multiple times so as to save his childhood friend Ami (miwa).

The director Tsukikawa commented that the five actors were able to deliver scenes which are bound to make the audience feel tingly and he was able to show the cute sides of both the guys and gals in the movie. He also added that the serious scenes will make people cry so this should be a film that will exceed expectations.

Sakaguchi remarked that this movie will make people feel like they want to fall in love with someone and play in a band while miwa commented that the theme of living to the fullest and not be trapped by the past and uncertain future is an important message shown in the movie. miwa who also wrote the insert song in the movie, said that the singing scene had no lines so she had to rely on the lyrics to convey the feelings of her character thus she hopes that the audience can listen to it carefully while watching the movie.

When the actresses were asked what they would like a devoted guy to do for them, miwa answered that she would like the guy to put a coat over her when it is cold while Mano hoped for a guy to cook for her even though he may be bad at it. At the same time, when Ryuusei jokingly asked Izumisawa the same question, he replied that a guy who could kiss his girl passionately would be very good which led the audience to burst out laughing.
