Nakajima plays the role of Shinomiya who is a newbie watchman of a security company and tasked to manage the security guards from the company's security guard centre. Although he is deemed to be a poor security guard, he is still selected to be a watchman by the centre chief played by Kamikawa Takaya while Kuriyama Chiaki plays his senior at work.
Although the priority of a security guard is to ensure their clients' safety and peace of mind rather than to catch criminals, it is said that there are 9 out of 1,200 daily security breach reports in Tokyo which are classified as emergencies. As such, Nakajima commented that the theme of this drama is in line with the current world's situation where people are eager to seek safety and peace of mind. He hopes to be able to show the pure side of his character through this drama. As for Kamikawa, he commented that he can identify with the theme of a security company in this drama and hopes to be able to deliver a performance good enough to match the staff's passion for this production. Kuriyama revealed that she only came to know about the guard centre after acting in this drama and thinks that viewers will feel the tension and piquance in the story.
Co-stars include Tanaka Kei, Kendo Kobayashi, Horiuchi Keiko, Nakamura Baijaku, Takahata Atsuko, Iwahashi Genki (Johnny's Jr), Kawaei Rina, Izumi Soji, Tani Kanon and Maeda Goki.
